With an account at CVhero.com, your entered data and content will be stored. This information remains accessible even if you cancel your Premium membership and switch to a free membership.

How can I create a Premium resume without a watermark?

To download a Premium CV and cover letter without a watermark, you need to purchase one of the packages.

Why should I become a Premium member?

With a Premium package, you can download Premium CVs and cover letters without a watermark. The Premium package also gives you access to automatic spell checking and smart assistance for crafting your sentences. Additionally, you can create up to 5 different versions of your CV and cover letter, each saved separately.

Does a Premium membership renew automatically?

No. Your Premium membership will automatically conclude at the end of your selected term once your plan expires. You do not need to cancel your membership separately. Your Premium account will transition to a free account, allowing you access to all your data entries and content. You can download your CV, cover page and cover letter, all with watermarks. If you have created and saved multiple CVs during your Premium membership, these will also be available in the free version – albeit with a watermark.

When can I renew my Premium membership?

You can renew your Premium membership at any time. When a new Premium plan is added to your active Premium account, your Premium membership will automatically extend to the new period based on your new plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

At cvhero.com, premium memberships do not renew automatically. Your premium membership will end automatically at the end of the subscription period, so no cancellation is required.

If you would like to become a premium member again, you can re-order at any time. We will store your data unless you delete your account or request its deletion.

Are there any additional costs?

No, there are no additional fees or charges.

Where can I download my invoices?

Log in to your account and go to the "Settings" page. There, you can view your orders, generate invoices, and download them. If needed, you can also update your billing information.

How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Click on "Forgot password" in the login window and enter the email address you used to register with cvhero.com. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

How can I change my email address?

Your email address can only be changed by our support team. Simply send a short message to contact@cvhero.com.
